Recruitment rules at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the
Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic
1. Admission to the civil service for administrative positions
The filling of vacant administrative positions in the Office of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Civil Service”.
Thus, vacant civil service positions are advertised for interview through the official website of the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan (www.dim.gov.az) in accordance with Part 2 of the “Rules for Conducting Interviews for the Purpose of Filling Civil Service Positions”, approved by the Decree No. 1480 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 21, 2017.
Persons wishing to fill vacant civil service positions in the Office of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic must register on the official website of the State Examination Center and participate in general, internal or competitive interviews.
2. Recruitment in subordinate bodies of the Ministry
Recruitment to vacant positions in subordinate bodies that are not part of the structure of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is carried out on the basis of the “Recruitment Rules” approved by the management of that subordinate body. A person wishing to be employed must apply to the relevant body with an application and participate in interviews organized by the body.
At the same time, when vacancies arise in subordinate bodies that are not part of the structure of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, information about the vacant position is regularly submitted to employment centers.
