The State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan has announced a general interview for filling vacant positions corresponding to the 4th-7th classification of administrative positions in a number of state bodies from July 15, 2026. 5 positions have been put up for general interview by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Candidates wishing to participate in the general interview must register by filling out the “Civil Service Application Form” on the Center’s internet portal from July 15, 2026 until August 13, 2026 at 18:00. The candidate must confirm the relevance and completeness of the information and documents entered on the portal.

The following persons have the right to participate in the general interview:

-Civil servants who have served in administrative positions in the state body to which the vacant position belongs or in another state body and have a qualification level corresponding to the classification of administrative positions;

-Persons with at least 5 years of service experience and who have worked in administrative positions in a state body;

-Persons who have served in a special type of civil service and have a special (military, diplomatic) rank as provided for in Article 2.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Civil Service”;

-Persons with at least 5 years of service experience in a special type of civil service and have worked in positions provided for in Article 2.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Civil Service”;

-Persons on the reserve personnel list in connection with the liquidation of a state body, reduction in the number or staff of civil servants;

-Persons with at least 10 years of work experience in positions in state bodies (institutions), the list of which is approved by the Resolution No. 7 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 12, 2023;

-Persons with a Doctor of Science degree in the educational requirement (field) intended for holding a civil service position.
