Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Acting Minister Azer Mammadrahimov met with employees who successfully passed the competition for admission to the civil service and were appointed to relevant positions in the Ministry.

Azer Mammadrahimov congratulated the employees on their admission to the civil service and wished them success in their future activities.

It was noted at the meeting that admission to the civil service on the basis of a competition serves to objectively assess knowledge and skills, and to form a professional and prepared personnel potential in public administration.

As a continuation of this process, 4 more people who succeeded in the competition and interview stages this year were hired for vacant civil service positions in the ministry system on the basis of relevant orders.

It was noted that successfully passing the competition is not only an important achievement, but also the beginning of a responsible service path to the state and citizens.

The Minister drew attention to the fact that legality, honesty, responsibility, executive discipline and citizen satisfaction are the main principles in the activities of an acting civil servant. New employees were advised to constantly work on themselves, develop their knowledge and skills, be proactive, and strive to achieve concrete results in their areas of activity.

It was emphasized that the Ministry's areas of activity include dynamic areas such as digital development, electronic communications, and transport, and the importance of employees being open to innovations and mastering modern technologies and management approaches was noted.

Azer Mammadrahimov stated that the Ministry attaches importance to the professionalism, initiative, and results of its employees, and emphasized the importance of creating opportunities for each employee to develop himself and realize his professional potential.

At the end of the meeting, orders were presented regarding the appointment of new employees to relevant positions, an exchange of views was held with them, and a commemorative photo was taken.
