The next step has been taken in the direction of increasing the accessibility of electronic services and ensuring citizen satisfaction in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The official websites of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as the “Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center” LLC operating under it, have been integrated into the “mygov ID” platform, which is the country’s unified identification system.

As a result of the new integration, legal entities and individuals do not need to remember a separate login and password when entering their personal cabinets to apply electronically. Access to the systems is now carried out through the unified identification system “mygov ID”.

This opportunity allows users to safely and conveniently enter their personal cabinets through “mygov ID” and apply electronically to the “Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center” LLC to connect to a high-speed fiber-optic internet service based on GPON technology in the territory of the autonomous republic.

The platform is not intended only for receiving applications related to internet connection. Citizens can also submit applications, suggestions and complaints regarding various issues related to the activities of the Ministry and the Center securely electronically through “mygov ID”.

At the same time, it is possible to promptly monitor the execution status of the sent applications from the “My Applications” section.

This innovation creates broad opportunities for citizens to access the systems more conveniently and securely through a single identification, to receive applications more promptly and systematically, to increase transparency in the application process, as well as to prevent time loss when using services.
