A special parking and charging facility for bicycles and electric scooters has been installed in Nakhchivan city.

Located at 1 Atatürk Street, in front of the administrative building of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the facility will be available to employees of the Ministry and subordinate institutions, as well as citizens using the post office in the area.

The aim of the initiative is to encourage the use of alternative means of transport over short distances, form environmentally friendly transport habits and support the development of micromobility in the city.

The results of the pilot project will be evaluated at the initial stage. Taking into account the demand, it is planned to install such facilities in other areas of the city in the future.
