The State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan has announced an interview for a competition for admission to the civil service in a number of state bodies. 6 positions of type B have been put up for interview by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Candidates who wish to participate in the interview stage of the competition must register by filling out the Civil Service Application Form on the Center's internet portal from January 16, 2026 to February 16, 2026. The candidate must confirm the relevance and completeness of the information and documents entered on the portal.

The following persons have the right to participate in the interview stage of the competition:

- Persons with a valid civil service certificate confirming that they have passed the test exam for the relevant civil service position;

- Persons with at least 10 years of work experience in state bodies (organizations) in positions approved by the Resolution No. 7 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 12, 2023;

- Persons with a Doctor of Science degree in the educational requirement (field) intended for holding a civil service position;
