An event on the topic of “Fighting Cyberattacks and Security Measures” was held at the Nakhchivan Music College, organized by the Prosecutor's Office of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

At the event, the director of the Nakhchivan Music College, Mahabbat Babayeva, made an introductory speech and spoke about the importance of the topic. Faig Safarov, Chief of the Legal Assurance and Human Rights Department of the Prosecutor's Office of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Chief Justice Advisor, Turgay Maharramov, employee of the "Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center" LLC operating under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and Parviz Babayev, employee of the Financial Market Participants' Rights Protection Department of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, made speeches on the topic and stated that cyberattacks are serious threats that can cause great harm to individuals, businesses and organizations, and that these attacks lead to the theft of sensitive information, destruction of data or disruption of systems, but being aware of the types of cyberattacks and taking preventive measures can help prevent these threats and strengthen cybersecurity. A video clip prepared by the Prosecutor General's Office on the topic was also shown.

During the event, questions of interest to the participants were answered in detail.
