On April 27, industrial practice began for students studying in relevant specialties of the Nakhchivan State Technical College in institutions operating under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Speaking at the meeting held in this regard, the Head of the Ministry's Office Aziz Humbatzadeh emphasized the importance of students' internships in state institutions. He noted that strengthening human resources potential and supporting the professional development of young specialists are always priorities of the Ministry. It was also noted that digitalization and technological development play a key role in state administration in modern times and the preparation of qualified personnel in these areas is of particular importance.

Ismayil Garibli, Head of the Human Resources, Law, Documents and Applications Department of the Ministry, said in his speech that industrial practice provides students with ample opportunities to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real work environment, gain practical skills and start their future careers more prepared. According to him, such programs have a positive effect on increasing the sense of responsibility and forming the ability to think strategically in young people.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that the students will undergo industrial practice in the fields of post, transport, telecommunications and radio and television in the institutions operating under the Ministry. During the practice, they will participate in the daily work processes of the institutions, become closely acquainted with the real work environment and develop their practical skills.

Hafiz Yagubov, a teacher at the college, made a speech and noted that the participation of students in such internship programs plays an important role in their professional development, and expressed gratitude for the support provided.
